Terms of Service — Sarthi HRMS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sarthi HRMS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by SRJ World of Steel (SRJ Steel) exclusively to authorized employees and designated personnel. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Authorized Use

Access is granted through company-issued credentials only.
You must not share your username, password, or authentication tokens with others.
You must use the Service only for legitimate work-related purposes within SRJ Steel.
Unauthorized access, data scraping, or misuse of the system is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate information in your profile and work submissions.
Upload only documents and files relevant to your official duties.
Report suspected security incidents to your administrator immediately.
Comply with all applicable company policies and applicable laws.

4. Service Features

The Service includes internal management features such as employee and director management, tasks, KRA and performance ratings, Kaizen, SOP workflows, notice board, complaints, training feedback, and related tools. Features may be updated or modified by SRJ Steel at any time.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data. Data is used solely for internal management purposes within SRJ Steel.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

SRJ Steel may suspend or terminate access at any time for policy violations, employment changes, or security reasons. You may request account deletion via our Account Deletion Request page or by contacting steel.analyticshq@gmail.com.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for internal business use. SRJ Steel makes reasonable efforts to maintain availability and accuracy but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
